Programme Overview

This structured two-year graduate programme is designed to develop competent, safety-focused Electrical Engineers with strong technical, project, and professional skills. Graduates will rotate through Commissioning, Design, and Project Delivery in 8-month blocks, gaining hands-on experience and exposure to live projects.

Programme Structure

Rotation 1 – Commissioning 

Objective

Develop strong site awareness, safety leadership, and practical understanding of electrical systems commissioning processes and procedures

Rotation 2 – Design 

Objective

Build core electrical design capability and familiarity with industry standards.

Rotation 3 – Projects 

Objective

Understand end-to-end project delivery, coordination, and commercial drivers

Programme Completion & Progression

Upon successful completion, graduates will be:
