Job Summary:
Are you ready to ignite your engineering journey? Do you have the current skills and the potential difference to help power major projects? Then we want to hear from you!
We're searching for a bright spark who's eager to transform their early experience into high-voltage expertise. If you're switched on, detail-driven, and wired for learning, this role will help you build strong connections with senior engineers while contributing to real-world HV & MV projects.

- Technical Assistance: Work closely with senior engineers on substations, transformers, switchgear, protection systems and more. You'll be part of a circuit that delivers powerful solutions.
- Compliance & Standards: Help ensure our designs are always up to code (IEC, IEEE, BS EN, and grid requirements).
- Documentation: Generate drawings, specs and documentation that keep projects grounded and high-quality.
- Quality Assurance: Participate in reviews to make sure nothing slips through the gaps, safety and accuracy are always live.
- Continuous Learning: Stay plugged into emerging technologies, power systems trends, and best practices.
- Site Support: Occasionally step out to the site to gather info, support surveys and help resolve design queries, keeping you well-earthed in practical experience.
