Powercomm demonstrated their 100% commitment to improving health and safety management in the workplace by being awarded the Safe-T-Cert Certification for a second year in a row. We were awarded the Safe-T-Cert following a health and safety audit by an approved CIF/ISOH auditor.

Safe-T-Cert is a scheme designed for certification of the Safety Management Systems of contractors working in the construction industry.

To reach the required industry standard, Powercomm completely transformed their health and safety management system this year by appointing industry safety experts to advise and support them throughout this important transition.

Commitment to health and safety may begin at management level however it needs to be delivered throughout every aspect of our business. As we work in high voltage electrical environments, continued health and safety for everyone is of utmost importance. To achieve the high standard required by Safe-T-Cert, we streamlined our health and safety system through an audit process which improved our procedures and commitment to health and safety.
