Key Responsibilities: Driving Large-Scale Solar Projects

As an Electrical Project Manager, Sameera is responsible for managing a wide range of tasks across various projects. One of the core projects Sameera works on is the electrical balance of plant works for large-scale solar farms. This includes the Substation construction, Installation of electrical systems, Grid connection cable works.

In this role, Sameera liaises with other teams within Powercomm, including Tendering, Environmental, Health & Safety, Design, Procurement, Construction, and Testing and Commissioning. Key responsibilities include:

• Project Planning
• Managing project timelines and budgets
• Ensuring safety and quality compliance
• Reporting progress
• Coordinating with multi-disciplinary teams
• Delivering results on schedule
• Project Closure
